At Get Cycling CIC we do things differently. Every cycle we deliver is brought to you by a trained member of our team. We don’t just drop a box at your door. We stay with you as long as you need to make sure the cycle is set up just right for you.
We understand that inclusive cycles can be very different from one another, which is why we never rush the hand-over.
Our team will answer your questions, explain the features, and ensure you feel confident and happy with your new ride before we leave. If you do not need our personalised delivery service, we can send the cycle by third party courier. Our mechanics will check it fully before it leaves us, so it arrives ready to ride.
Most delivery services simply drop off a boxed bike, but with Get Cycling CIC you receive a personal visit from a trained professional who knows inclusive cycles and understands the details that really matter. This is more than a delivery, it’s a tailored service designed to make your cycling experience safe, comfortable, and enjoyable from the very first moment.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
To reduce the costs to our customer we have the following terms and conditions for delivery:
- Get Cycling will aim to deliver cycles in stock within 30 days of full payment.
- Items not in stock or special-order items will be delivered with 30 days of arriving with Get Cycling
- Get Cycling deliveries will take place Monday to Friday, in special circumstances we may be able to deliver at weekends.
- You will be contacted by our logistics team to organise your delivery with you. They will give you specific date and time for delivery. Please expect our driver 20 mins either side of this delivery time.
- If on the day of delivery our driver is running early or late, they will contact you to keep you informed of progress.
