  • Extensive experience working as a cycle mechanic (however, knowledge in disability cycling is not required as full training will be provided).
  • Ability to take on board a lot of very specialised product knowledge.
  • Experience repairing e-cycles with motor diagnostics and removal, and knowledge of Shimano Steps systems would be beneficial.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
  • Good communication skills, patient, calm, kind, and friendly.
  • Desire to go the extra mile, be responsive to customer’s circumstances, and adapt quickly to the varied customer dynamic.
  • A minimum of three years experience working as a cycle mechanic.
