Terms and Conditions
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders the next working day and send them via a trackable courier service (unless otherwise indicated in the item description). A standard bike that will fit in a standard bike box costs £13.50 to ship within the UK. Larger bikes are more expensive to ship, but we may be in your area anyway to deliver a roadshow and be able to deliver the bike at the same time.
For overseas orders to other EU countries or USA, we will need to get individual quotes depending on the size and weight of the goods, please contact us to get a shipping quote.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know these when placing the order.
We will send you a notification email when the goods have been despatched.
Payment
Online payments are processed securely using PayPal. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as direct PayPal payments.
You can also pay by cheque by printing the online order form, completing and sending it to us with your cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Get Cycling CiC.
Returns
Unwanted goods may be returned in their unopened packaging within 28 days of receipt to receive a refund.
Privacy
Your details may be kept by us for future mailings and news. If you do not wish to receive these, please let us know.
