About the Shop
Welcome to our unusual shop. For some products we ask you to phone or email us first, so that we can advise further on suitability and options available on that model. We may also have alternative bikes becoming available. Collection/delivery arrangements might also need discussion.
You are welcome to visit our shop at the Get Cycling Centre in York, but if you are coming a long way we recommend contacting us first to check the bike is at our shop rather than in our warehouse and to check that the best person to advise you will be available at the shop when you come.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all the descriptions on the website are up to date and correct, manufacturers may change their specifications from time to time.
All prices are in pounds (sterling) and include VAT. The VAT can be deducted if you are registered disabled. Please print out and fill in our VAT declaration form (PDF), and return it to us by email, fax or post. We also have a workshop where our qualified mechanics are very happy to repair or refurbish your own cycle.
